Privacy notice
This explains what happens to information you give us on this site. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Who we are
Website Design Prices is a trading name of Evagrow Ltd (company number 16231684, ICO registration ZB971294). Evagrow Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, email address, business details, current website and message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Enquiries are delivered to our email and kept there for as long as needed to deal with them, and for up to two years afterwards unless you become a customer.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list without asking, or use advertising trackers on this site. This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
